Internal 'Kungfu' - Internal Energy Training
The term 'kung fu' means 'achieving a high level of skill attained over time through much effort and hard work'. This is applied in any field of excellence. A world-class chef is said to have wonderful 'kung fu'. Similarly, through seeing the fine woodwork of a master carpenter, one would describe him as having great 'kung fu'. A dancer who can take the audience's breath away, is considered to have outstanding 'kung fu'.
At Springkicks® , we are proud to offer authentic Internal Energy Training (originating from Qigong, Tai Chi Chuan, Shaolin Kung Fu (Southern and Northern).

Weekend Workshop - August 2 & 3
"Foundations of Internal Energy Training"
This special foundational course is open to beginners and masters alike.
It is suitable for those who would like to learn or review the fundamentals of Internal Energy Training.
Participants will train in a safe yet stimulating environment. They will learn how to enter the Great Flow, move from stillness into flow, develop internal force for vitality and stamina, cleanse and enhance the body's immune system, as well as experience the subtle joys of flowing cosmic energy.
Practitioners are welcome to repeat this course as often as they wish, and they will receive the health benefits that come from training the foundations of authentic Internal Energy Training.
